Two Little Monkeys and Some Markers

The following is what an Asher monkey and a Kaden monkey can do with some Mr. Sketch markers in what Mike claims was only 10 minutes. Note to self, Asher and Kaden are only allowed to play alone upstairs if they are locked in Asher's room!

One last thing, all of this happened while I was at a softball tournament. Mike actually took the time to take all the pictures. Thinking like a true blogger I tell ya!

Caught green handed!

The damage...

So every time I check my blog to see what all of you have to say, Asher gasps in horror when he sees the pictures, as if he didn't have anything to do with it. Then when I look at him and ask if he did it, he tilts his head down and says no, doing his best to contain his smile. I'm in big trouble!

LoL... that's a lot worse than what I was thinking. Oh boy. Looks like you have your very own home decorators!

WOW! At first I saw Kaden and I was peeing my pants laughing. But as I scrolled down, the smile faded, faded...then yikes! Are you going to have to paint over that or what? I'm sorry! At least it made for a good blog, right??

I love the x on the carpet. It marks the spot where you get to spend the next hour or so cleaning their mess up! They are definitely expressing their creativity. Van Gogh's in the making. Just remember, the phase passes.

oh...my...gosh!!! reminds me of the time when my mom was cleaning the bathroom for company one night. we were told we weren't allowed to use the guest bathroom so no one went in there (my mom had closed the door). then one of the people we were having over went to the bathroom only to find maxi pads stuck ALL OVER the walls(courtesy of my mischievous little brother...another fellow red head)!!! then when they ripped the pads off the paint came off the walls...toddlers...gotta love 'em!!

Isn't Parenthood "magical"? I bet Mike about wet his pants thinking what would happen when . . . "Mom got home". Good times huh??

Yikes. Are they washable markers? Katie used a Sharpie on our walls and Mr. Clean Magic Eraser took most of that out... so you might have a chance.
Sorry, I can't help about him being so proud of his handywork. My girls can be like that. I really worry what will happen when they become teenagers.
And I loved Kaden's lips, that was too funny.

Holy COW!!! That is SO MUCH MARKER! I can't believe they went so crazy. No way that only took 10 minutes.... :) Sorry Mike. Not like you're in trouble though, it could have happened during anybody's watch. But SERIOUSLY! I gotta show my kids this. This is what you NEVER DO!!! I hope you own lots of Magic Eraser!

Good thing Daddy was the one to blame for being negligent. I understand that things happen in two seconds flat, but it's hard to prove that when the evidence looks like it does. The body art wasn't so bad, but the walls, carpet, etc...sad, sad, sad.

oh my word! i don't know what everyone is talking about YOU cleaning it up, that is ALL daddy!:)
(but good job mike for taking pictures!)
